HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Reprecincting Wards of the City in Response to the Federal Decennial Census ORDINANCE NO. 3142 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTIONS 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 6.10, AND 6.11 AND READOPTING SAID SECTIONS REVISED FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPRECINCTING IN RESPONSE TO THE FEDERAL DECENNIAL CENSUS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 49.7 CODE OF IOWA; REPEAL- ING ANY AND ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa: Section One. The Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, shall be and is hereby amended by repealing Sections 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 6.10 and 6.11 and readopting said Sections revised to state as follows: "Sec. 6.4. FIRST WARD DESCRIBED. The First Ward consists of that part of the City of Ames which lies easterly of a line of demarcation described as beginning at a point where the south corporate limits inter- sect South Riverside Drive, and then running north along the centerline of South Riverside Drive to a point of intersection with the south line of the ISU Research Park, then west along said line to a point of intersection with an abandoned railroad right-of-way, then northeast along the centerline of said right-of-way to a point of intersection with U.S. 30; then east along the centerline of U.S. 30 to a point of inter- section with the electric transmission line along the east line of the Old Orchard Mobile Home Park, then northwest along said transmission line extended across South Sixteenth Street to a point of intersection with an abandoned railroad right-of-way; then northeasterly along the centerline of said abandoned railroad right-of-way to a point of intersection with Squaw Creek; then northerly along the center of Squaw Creek to a point of intersection with the mainline tracks of the C & NW railroad; then southeasterly along the centerline of said tracks to a point of intersection with Grand Avenue; then north along the centerline of Grand Avenue to Twenty- Fourth Street; then east along the centerline of Twenty-Fourth Street to Jensen Avenue; then north along the centerline of Jensen Avenue to Luther Drive; then west and north along the centerline of Luther Drive to Twenty-Eighth Street, then west along the centerline of Twenty-Eighth Street to the centerline of Grand Avenue; then north along the centerline of Grand Avenue to a point equidistant with the northernmost extent of the corporate limits of the city. Sec. 6.5. SECOND WARD DESCRIBED. The Second Ward consists of that part of the City of Ames which lies north and west of a line of demarcation de- scribed as beginning at a point where Squaw Creek intersects the northwest corporate limits of the City, as said limits are now or hereafter established; then south and east along the center of Squaw Creek to a point of intersection with Stange Road; then south along the centerline of Stange Road to Osborn Drive; then east along the centerline of Osborn Drive to Wallace Road; then south along the centerline of Wallace Road to Lincoln Way; then east along the centerline of Lincoln Way to its point of intersection with Squaw Creek; then north along Squaw Creek to its intersection with the mainline tracks of the C & NW railroad; then southeasterly along the center- line of said tracks to Grand Avenue; then north along the centerline of Grand Avenue to Twenty-Fourth Street; then east along the centerline of Twenty-Fourth Street to Jensen Avenue; then north along the centerline of Jensen Avenue to Luther Drive; then west and north along the centerline of Luther Drive to Twenty-Eighth Street; then west along the centerline of Twenty-Eighth Street to Grand Avenue; then north along the centerline of Grand Avenue to a point equidis- tant with the northernmost extent of the corporate limits of the city. Sec. 6.6. THIRD WARD DESCRIBED. The Third Ward consists of that part of the City of Ames lying south and west of a line of demarcation described as beginning at the point where the westernmost corporate limits of the City, as said limits are now or hereafter estab- lished, intersect with Lincoln Way; then east along the centerline of Lincoln Way to South Franklin Avenue; then south along the centerline of South Franklin Avenue to Tripp Street; then east along the centerline of Tripp Street to South Wilmoth Avenue; then north along the centerline of South Wilmoth Avenue to Lettie Street; then east along the centerline of Lettie Street to State Avenue; then north along the centerline of State Avenue to Wood Street; then east along the centerline of Wood Street to South Hyland; then south along the centerline of South Hyland to Arbor Street; then east along the centerline of Arbor Street to South Sheldon; then north along the centerline of South Sheldon to Lincoln Way; then east along the centerline of Lincoln Way to a point of intersection with Squaw Creek; then southeasterly along the center of Squaw Creek to the abandoned railroad right-of- way; then southwesterly along the centerline of said aban- doned railroad right-of-way to a point of intersection with the extension of the electric transmission line along the east side of Old Orchard Mobile Home Park; then south along said line to U.S. 30; then west along the centerline of U.S. 30 to a point of intersection with an abandoned railroad right-of- way; then south along the centerline of said right-of-way to 2 8-23-91 the south line of the ISU Research Park; then east along said line to Riverside Drive; then south along the centerline of South Riverside Drive to a point equidistant with the south- ernmost extent of the corporate limits of the city. Sec. 6.7. FOURTH WARD DESCRIBED. The Fourth Ward consists of that part of the city bound- ed by a line of demarcation described as beginning at a point where Squaw Creek intersects the northwest corporate limit of the city as said limit is now or hereafter established; then running south and east along the center of Squaw Creek to a point of intersection with Stange Road; then south along the centerline of Stange Road to Osborn Drive; then east along the centerline of Osborn Drive to Wallace Road; then south along the centerline of Wallace Road to Lincoln Way; then west along the centerline of Lincoln Way to South Sheldon Avenue; then south along the centerline of South Sheldon to Arbor Street; then west along the centerline of Arbor Street to South Hyland; then north along the centerline of South Hyland to Wood Street; then west along the centerline of Wood Street to State Avenue; then south along the centerline of State Avenue to Lettie Street; then west along the center- line of Lettie Street to South Wilmoth; then south along South Wilmoth to Tripp Street; then west along the centerline of Tripp Street to South Franklin Avenue; then north along the centerline of South Franklin Avenue to Lincoln Way; then west along the centerline of Lincoln Way to a point equidis- tant with the westernmost extent of the corporate limits of the city. Sec. 6.8. FIRST WARD VOTING PRECINCTS. The First Ward is divided into voting precincts as follows: (1) First Ward, Precinct No. 1 consists of that part of the First Ward demarcated by a line described as beginning at the southermost intersection of South Riverside Drive with the south corporate limits of the city; then north along the centerline of South Riverside Drive, and the corporate limits of the city, to a point of intersection with the south line of the ISU Research Park, then west along said line to a point of intersection with an aban- doned railroad right-of-way; then northeast along the centerline of said right-of-way to a point of intersec- tion with U.S. 30; then east along the centerline of U.S. 30 to a point of intersection with the electric transmis- sion line along the east line of the Old Orchard Mobile Home Park; then northwest along said transmission line extended across South Sixteenth Street to a point of intersection with an abandoned railroad right-of-way; then northeasterly along the centerline of said abandoned right-of-way to a point of intersection with Squaw Creek; then easterly along Squaw Creek to South Duff Avenue; 3 8-23-91 then north along the centerline of South Duff to East Lincoln Way; then east along the centerline of East Lincoln Way to South Dayton Avenue; then south along the centerline of South Dayton Avenue to the southern- most point of intersection with the corporate limits of the city; then westerly along the corporate limits of the city to the point of beginning. (2) First Ward, Precinct No. 2 consists of that past of the First Ward demarcated by a line described as beginning at the intersection of Squaw Creek and South Duff Ave- nue; then west and north along Squaw Creek to a point of intersection with the mainline tracks of the C & NW Railroad; then east along the center of said tracks to Grand Avenue; then south along the centerline of Grand Avenue to Lincoln Way; then east on Lincoln Way to an abandoned railroad right-of-way; then south along the centerline of said abandoned railroad right-of-way to South Fourth Street; then east along the centerline of South Fourth Street to Washington Avenue, then north along the centerline of Washington Avenue to South Third Street; then east along the centerline of south Third Street to South Kellogg Avenue; then north along the centerline of South Kellogg Avenue to South Second Street; then east along the centerline of South Second Street to South Duff Avenue; then south along the centerline of South Duff Avenue to the point of begin- ning. (3) First Ward, Precinct No. 3 consists of that part of the First Ward which lies generally to the eastward side of a line of demarcation described as beginning at a point north on Dayton Avenue at a point of intersection with the corporate limits of the city on the east side; then south along the centerline of Dayton Avenue to a point three hundred feet north of the centerline of Thirteenth Street; then west parallel to Thirteenth Street a distance of 1,453.8 feet; then south three hundred feet to the centerline of Thirteenth Street; then west along the centerline of Thirteenth Street, and the corporate limits of the city, to Glendale Avenue; then north along the centerline of Glendale Avenue to Sixteenth Street; then west along the centerline of Sixteenth Street to Duff Avenue; then south along the centerline of Duff Avenue to Seventh Street; then west along the centerline of Seventh Street to Grand Avenue; then south along the centerline of Grand Avenue to Lincoln Way; then east along the centerline of Lincoln Way to an abandoned railroad right-of-way; then south along the centerline of said abandoned railroad right-of-way to South Fourth Street; then east along the centerline of South Fourth Street to Washington Avenue, then north along the centerline of Washington Avenue to South Third Street; then east along the centerline of South Third Street to 4 8-23-91 South Kellogg Avenue; then north along the centerline of South Kellogg Avenue to South Second Street; then east along the centerline of South Second Street to South Duff Avenue; then north along the centerline of South Duff Avenue to Lincoln Way; then east along the center- line of Lincoln Way to South Dayton Avenue; then south along the centerline of South Dayton Avenue, and the corporate limits of the city, to the southernmost extent of the corporate limits of the city; then proceeding along the easterly corporate limites of the city to the point of beginning. (4) First Ward, Precinct No. 4 consists of that part of the First Ward bounded by a line described as beginning at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Seventh Street; then north along the centerline of Grand Avenue to Twentieth Street; then east along the centerline of Twentieth Street to Burnett Avenue; then south along the centerline of Burnett Avenue to Sixteenth Street; then east along the centerline of Sixteenth Street to Duff Avenue; then south along the centerline of Duff Avenue to Seventh Street; then west along the centerline of Seventh Street to the point of beginning. (5) First Ward, Precinct No. 5 consists of that part of the First Ward bounded by a line described as beginning at a point north on Grand Avenue which intersects the corporate limits on the east side of Grand Avenue; then south along the centerline of Grand Avenue to Twenty- Eighth Street; then east along the centerline of Twenty- Eighth Street to Luther Avenue; then south and west along the centerline of Luther Avenue to Jenson Avenue; then south along the centerline of Jenson Avenue to Twenty-Fourth Street; then west along the centerline of Twenty-Fourth Street to Grand Avenue; then south along the centerline of Grand Avenue to Twentieth Street; then east along the centerline of Twentieth Street to Burnett Avenue; then south along the centerline of Burnett Avenue to Sixteenth Street; then east along the centerline of Sixteenth Street to Glendale Avenue; then south along the centerline of Glendale to Thirteenth Street; then east along the centerline of Thirteenth Street to the first point of intersection with the corpo- rate limits on the north side of Thirteenth Street; then following said corporate limits northerly to the point of beginning. Sec. 6.9. SECOND WARD VOTING PRECINCTS. The Second Ward is divided into voting precincts as follows: (1) The Second Ward, Precinct No. 1 consists of that part of the Second Ward bounded by a line described as be- ginning at the intersection of Grand Avenue and the C & 5 8-23-91 NW railroad tracks; then north along the centerline of said tracks to Thirteenth Street; then west along the centerline of Thirteenth Street to Crescent Avenue; then north along the centerline of Crescent Avenue to Summit Avenue; then north along the centerline of Summit Ave- nue to Ridgwood Avenue; then north along the center- line of Ridgewood Avenue to Twentieth Street; then east along the centerline of Twentieth Street to Grand Ave- nue; then south along the centerline of Grand Avenue to the point of beginning. (2) The Second Ward, Precinct No. 2 consists of that part of the Second Ward bounded by a line described as begin- ning at the point of intersection of Lincoln Way and Squaw Creek; then west along the centerline of Lincoln Way to Wallace Road; then northerly along the centerline of Wallace Road to Osborn Drive; then west along the centerline of Osborn Drive to Stange Road; then north along the centerline of Stange Road to Squaw Creek; then east along Squaw Creek to Thirteenth Street; then east along the centerline of Thirteenth Street to a point of intersection with the tracks of the C & NW Railroad; then south along the centerline of said C & NW railroad tracks to a point of intersection with the main line tracks of the C & NW railroad; then west along the centerline of said mainline tracks of the C & NW railroad to a point of intersection with Squaw Creek; then south along Squaw Creek to the point of beginning. (3) Second Ward, Precinct No. 3 consists of that part of the Second Ward bounded by a line described as beginning at the intersection of Twentieth Street and Grand Ave- nue; then west along the centerline of Twentieth Street to Northwestern Avenue; then north along the centerline of Northwestern Avenue to Twenty-Fourth Street; then west along the centerline of Twenty-Fourth Street to Hoover Avenue; then north along the centerline of Hoo- ver Avenue to Top-O-Hollow Road; then east along the centerline of Top-0-Hollow Road to Calhoun Avenue; then north along the centerline of Calhoun Avenue to Adams Street; then east along the centerline of Adams Street to Dawes Drive; then north along the centerline of Dawes Drive to the north corporate limit; then east to Grand Avenue; then south along the centerline of Grand Avenue to Twenty-Eighth Street; then east along the centerline of Twenty-Eighth Street to Luther Drive; then south and east along the center line of Luther Drive to Jensen Avenue; then south along the centerline of Jensen Avenue to Twenty-Fourth Street; then west along the centerline of Twenty-Fourth Street to Grand Ave- nue; then south along the centerline of Grand Avenue to the point of beginning. 6 8-23-91 (4) Second Ward, Precinct No. 4 consists of that part of the Second Ward bounded by a line described as beginning at a point on Dawes Drive that intersects with the north corporate limits of the city; then south along the centerline of Dawes Drive to Adams Street; then west along the centerline of Adams Street to Calhoun Avenue; then south along the centerline of Calhoun Avenue to Top-O-Hollow Road; then west along the centerline of Top-O-Hollow Road to Hoover Avenue; then south along the centerline of Hoover Avenue to Twenty-Fourth Street; then east along the centerline of Twenty-Fourth Street to Northwestern Avenue; then south along the centerline of Northwestern Avenue to Twentieth Street; then west along the centerline of Twentieth Street to the C & NW Railroad tracks, then northwest along the center of said tracks to Twenty-Fourth Street; then northwest along the west line of the said C & NW Railroad tracks to Bloomington Road; then west along the centerline of Bloomington Road to the west line of the City of Ames water tower site; then north along said west line to the point of intersection with the said C & NW Railroad tracks; then along the centerline of said tracks to the north corporate limits; then easterly along the north corporate limits to the point of beginning. (5) Second Ward, Precinct No. 5 consists of that part of the Second Ward bounded by a line described as beginning at a point where the C & NW railraod tracks intersect Twenty-Fourth Street; then south along the centerline of said railroad tracks to Twentieth Street; then west on Twentieth Street to Ridgwood Avenue; then south along the centerline of Ridgwood to Summit Avenue; then south along the centerline of Summit Avenue to Crescent Street; then south along the centerline of Crescent Street to Thirteenth Street; then west along the center- line of Thirteenth Street to Squaw Creek; then north- west along the centerline of Squaw Creek to a point of intersection with the corporate limits; then along said corporate limits to the point of beginning. Sec. 6.10. THIRD WARD VOTING PRECINCTS. The Third Ward is divided into voting precincts as follows: (1) Third Ward, Precinct No. 1 shall consist of that part of the Third Ward bounded by a line described as begin- ning at that point where the south corporate limits intersect with an abandoned railroad right-of-way; then northeast along the centerline of said abandoned right- of-way to a point of intersection with the centerline of U.S. 30; then east along the centerline of U.S. 30 to the electric transmission line along the east line of the Old Orchard Mobile Home Park; then north along said elec- tric transmission line extended across South Sixteenth 7 8-23-91 Street to a point of intersection with the said abandoned railroad right-of-way; then northeast along said right- of-way to Squaw Creek; then north along Squaw Creek to a point of intersection with Lincoln Way; then west along the centerline of Lincoln Way to Beach Avenue; then south along the centerline of Beach Avenue to Greeley Avenue; then along the centerline of Greeley to Pearson Avenue; then along the centerline of Pearson to Ash Avenue; then south along the centerline of Ash to Knapp Street; then west along the centerline of Knapp Street to Welch Avenue; then south along the center line of Welch extending along the east side of the Towers dormitories to Mortenson Parkway; then easterly along the centerline of Mortenson Parkway to Elwood Drive; then south along the centerline of Elwood Drive, and the corporate limits of the city, to the centerline of U.S. 30; then west along the centerline of U.S. 30 to the west line of the Zumwalt nature trail park; then south along the west line of said park to Zumwalt Station Road; then east along said road and east along the south corporate limits to the point of beginning. (2) Third Ward, Precinct No. 2 shall consist of that part of the Third Ward bounded by a line described as begin- ning at the intersection of Lincoln Way and Beach Ave- nue; then west along the centerline of Lincoln Way to Lynn Avenue; then south along the centerline of Lynn Avenue to Knapp Street; then east along the centerline of Knapp Street to Ash Avenue; then north along the centerline of Ash Avenue to Sunset Drive; then along the centerline of Sunset Drive to Pearson Avenue; then along the centerline of Pearson Avenue to Greeley Ave- nue; then east along the centerline of Greeley Avenue to Beach Avenue; then north along the centerline of Beach Avenue to the point of beginning. (3) Third Ward, Precinct No. 3 shall consist of that part of the Third Ward bounded by a line described as begin- ning at Lincoln Way and Lynn Avenue, then south along the centerline of Lynn Avenue to Knapp Street; then west along the centerline of Knapp Street to Welch Ave- nue; then south along the centerline of Welch Avenue to Storm Street; then west along the centerline of Storm Street to Hayward Avenue; then south along the center- line of Hayward Avenue to Mortenson Road; then west along the centerline of Mortenson Road to the west line of the southeast quarter of Section 8, T83N, R24W; then along the corporate limits of the city north and west and south to U.S. 30; then west along the centerline of U.S. 30 to South Dakota Avenue, then north along the center- line of south Dakota Avenue to College Creek, then east along College Creek, and the corporate limits of the city, to the point where College Creek intersects State Avenue; then north along the centerline of State Avenue 8 8-23-91 to Wood Street; then east along the centerline of Wood Street to South Hyland Avenue, then south along the centerline of South Hyland Avenue to Arbor Street; then east along the centerline of Arbor Street to South Sheldon Avenue, then north along the centerline of South Sheldon Avenue to Lincoln Way; then east along the centerline of Lincoln Way to the point of beginning. (4) Third Ward, Precinct No. 4 shall consist of that part of the Third Ward bounded by a line described as begin- ning at a point on Lincoln Way intersecting the west corporate limits south of Lincoln Way; then east along the centerline of Lincoln Way to South Franklin Avenue; then south along the centerline of South Franklin Ave- nue to Tripp Street; then east along the centerline of Tripp Street to South Wilmoth; then north along the centerline of South Wilmoth to Lettie Street; then east along the centerline of Lettie Street to State Avenue; then south along the centerline of State Avenue to Col- lege Creek; then westerly along College Creek, and the corporate limits of the city, to the point where College Creek intersects South Dakota Avenue; then north along the centerline of South Dakota Avenue to the south line of the Landmark Subdivision; then west along the south line of the Landmark Subdivision and the south line of the College Creek Subdivision to the west corporate limits; then north along said west corporate limits to the point of beginning. (5) Third Ward, Precinct No. 5 shall consist of that part of the Third Ward bounded by a line described as begin- ning at the center of Section 17, T83N, R24W, which is located by Worle Creek; then north along the west line of the northeast quarter of said section, and along the west line of the southeast quarter of Section 8, T83N, R24W to a point of intersection with Mortenson Road; then east along the centerline of Mortenson Road to Hayward Ave- nue; then north along the centerline of Hayward Avenue to Storm Street; then east along the centerline of Storm Street to Welch Avenue; then south along the centerline of Welch Avenue extended along the east side of the Towers dormitories to Mortenson Road; then east along the centerline of Mortenson Parkway to Elwood Drive; then south along the centerline of Elwood Drive, and the corporate limits of the city, to the point of intersec- tion of Elwod Drive and the centerline of U.S. 30; then west along the centerline of U.S. 30 to a point equidis- tant to the west line of Zumwalt Nature Trail Park; then westerly along the south corporate limits to the point of beginning. 9 8-23-91 Sec. 6.11. FOURTH WARD VOTING PRECINCTS. The Fourth Ward is divided into voting precincts as follows: (1) Fourth Ward, Precinct No. 1 shall consist of that part of the Fourth Ward bounded by a line described as begin- ning at the point where North Dakota Avenue intersects the corporate limits west of its centerline; then south along the centerline of North Dakota to Clear Creek; then east along Clear Creek to Hyland Avenue; then south along the centerline of Hyland Avenue to Oakland Street; then west along the centerline of Oakland Street to Franklin Avenue; then south along the centerline of Franklin Avenue to West Street; then east along the centerline of West Street to Colorado Avenue; then south along the centerline of Colorado Avenue to Lincoln Way to the west corporate limits; then proceeding northerly and easterly along the corporate limits to the point of beginning. (2) Fourth Ward, Precinct No. 2 shall consist of that part of the Fourth Ward bounded by a line described as begin- ning at a point on North Dakota Avenue which intersects the corporate limits on the east of its centerline; then south along the centerline of North Dakota to Clear Creek; then easterly along Clear Creek to Squaw Creek; then northwest along Squaw Creek to the corporate lim- its; then southwesterly along the corporate limits to the point of beginning. (3) Fourth Ward, Third Precinct shall consist of that part of the Fourth Ward bounded by a line described as begin- ning at the intersection of Lincoln Way and Colorado Avenue; then north along the centerline of Colorado Avenue to West Street; then west along the centerline of West Street to Franklin Avenue; the north along the centerline of Franklin Avenue to Oakland Street; then east along the centerline of Oakland Street to Hyland Avenue; then north along the centerline of Hyland Ave- nue to Pammel Drive; then east along the centerline of Pammel Drive to Bissell Road; then south along the centerline of Bissell Road to Osborn Drive; then east along the centerline of Osborn Drive to Morrell Road; then south along the centerline of Morrell Road to Union Drive; then westerly along the centerline of Union Drive to Welch Avenue; then south along the centerline of Welch Avenue to Lincoln Way; then west along the centerline of Lincoln Way to the sidewalk that runs to the immediate west of Friley Hall; then north and easterly along said sidewalk to Beyer Court; then east and north on Beyer Court, between Helser and Friley Halls to Union Drive; then west along the centerline of Union Drive until it becomes West Street; then west along the centerline of 10 8-23-91 West Street to Howard Avenue; then south along the centerline of Howard Avenue to Story Street; then west along the centerline of Story Street to Wilmoth; then south along the centerline of Wilmoth to Lincoln Way; then west along the centerline of Lincoln Way to the point of beginning. (4) Fourth Ward, Fourth Precinct shall consist of that part of the Fourth Ward bounded by a line described as begin- ning at the intersection of Lincoln Way and Sheldon Avenue; then south along the centerline of South Shel- don to Arbor Street; then west along the centerline of Arbor Street to South Hyland; then north along the centerline of South Hyland to Wood Street; then west along the centerline of Wood Street to State Avenue; then south along the centerline of State to Lettie; then west along the centerline of Lettie Street to South Wilmoth; then south along the centerline of South Wilmoth to Tripp Street; then west along the centerline of Tripp Street to South Franklin; then north along the centerline of South Franklin to Lincoln Way; then east along the centerline of Lincoln Way to Wilmoth; then north along the center- line of Wilmoth Avenue to Story Street; then east along the centerline of Story Street to Howard Avenue; then north along the centerline of Howard Avenue to West Street; then east along the centerline of West Street until it becomes Union Drive; then east along the center- line of Union Drive to Beyer Court; then south and west along Beyer Court, between Helser and Friley Halls to the sidewalk that lies immediately west of Friley Hall; then south and west along said sidewalk to Lincoln Way; then west along the centerline of Lincoln Way to the point of beginning. (5) Fourth Ward, Fifth Precinct shall consist of that part of the Fourth Ward bounded by a line described as begin- ning at the intersection of Lincoln Way and Welch; then north along the centerline of Welch Avenue to Union Drive; then north along the centerline of Union Drive to Morrell Road; then north along the centerline of Morrell Road to Osborn Drive; then west along the centerline of Osborn Drive to Bissell Road; then north along the centerline of Bissell Road to Pammel Drive; then west along the centerline of Pammel Drive to Hyland Avenue; then north along the centerline of Hyland Avenue to Clear Creek; then north along Clear Creek to Squaw Creek; then west along Squaw Creek to Stange Road; then south along the centerline of Stange Road to Osborn Drive; then east along the centerline of Osborn Drive to Wallace Road; then south along the centerline of Wallace Road to Lincoln Way; then west along the center- line of Lincoln Way to the point of beginning." 11 8-23-91 Section Two. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section Three.
