BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa: Section One. The Municipal Code of the City o Ames, Iowa is hereby amended by repealing Section 3.106 and enacting a new Section 3.106 as follows: "Sec. 3.106. DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED ANIMALS.
