Box 811 Ames, Iowa 50010 Re: QuikTrip number 546 (South East corner of South Dakota and Lincoln Way. ) Dear Brian: Pursuant to our conversation of 11-01-90, please note that of the four permitted uses allowed on the above referenced property, under planned commercial zoning (retail, convenience store, business office and professional office) , QuikTrip Corporation will for the primary term-of our lease, which runs through 5-01-2002, restrict convenience and gasoline sales at this location. It is further QuikTrip Corporation' s intent not to sublease the facility under the retail uses permitted under the planned commercial zoning for an adult entertainment business, or a pub/lounge. QuikTrip Corporation further understands based on my conversation with you, that a potential user, allowed under the permitted uses noted above, is required by ordinance to have their site plan reviewed and approved through the public process.
