include, but not be limited to, the
following information concerning those
persons and businesses depositing waste at
the waste disposal site: (i). Name of
Person and business (if applicable). (ii)
Telephone number and address. (iii) Type
of waste deposited. (m) Enforcement.
Failure to conform to the City Council
approved plan for the sanitary disposal
project in any respect, or to any
provision of this section, shall be a
violation of this section Punishable as a
municipal infraction.,, Section Two.
Violation of the provisions of this
ordinance shall constitute a municipal
infraction, Punishable as provided for by
Section 1.9, Ames Municipal Code. Section
Three. All ordinances or Parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith shall be
repealed to the extent of such conflict if
any. Section Four. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and publication as required by
law.
