City of Ames, Iowa: Section One. The
Municipal Code of the City of Ames shall
be and is hereby amended by, repealing
Subsection 17.16(2)(d) as it now exists
and re-enacting a new Subsection
17.16(2)(d) as follows: "(d) Persons aged
