SUBJECT: Historic Preservation District
I spoke with Peggy Stoll, who owns the property at 816 Clark Avenue, on
the phone today. She asked me to let you know that she supports the
Historic Preservation District as proposed by City Staff, which excludes the
properties along Clark Avenue. Her reasons were that her property would
not contribute to the area in any way and would only potentially become more
difficult to sell, due to restrictions imposed by the district, than it is
presently.
