Re: City of Ames Alley Transaction
Dear Verle:
As you know, the City Council proceedings for the subject transaction have
been completed. It now remains for some properly authorized person to
execute the easement agreement on behalf of Partnership Press and to deliv-
er a check for $10,800.00 payable to the City of Ames.
After that is done, the City Clerk' s Office will take care of recording all
the resolutions, ordinances, notices, easements and deeds at no expense to
the Tribune. After all instruments are recorded and back to the City
Clerk' s Office, the Clerk will give you the original of the Deed and copies
of any of the other instruments that you might wish to have.
Please let me know how you wish to proceed in concluding this transaction.
Yours truly, ,
John R. Klaus
