AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY REPEALING
SECTION 11.28 AS IT NOW EXISTS AND REEN-
ACTING A NEW SECTION 17.28 TO PROHIBIT THE STATE OF IOWA,STORY COUNTY,ss.
RIDING OR USE OF SKATEBOARDS AND SIMILAR
DEVICES IN CERTAIN AREAS; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR' PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; SETTING A PENALTY; AND I, Verle Burgason, Dertnfs-Wader, Barry Leggett, on
