HomeMy WebLinkAboutA001 - recorded ordinance ORDINANCE NO. 3050 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY CHANGING CERTAIN PROPERTY AT 2520 and 2614 GREEN HILLS DRIVE, FROM R-2, LOW DENSITY AND R-3, MEDIUM DENSITY TO PC, PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa: Section One. The official Zoning Map of the City of Ames, Iowa shall be and is hereby amended by changing from R-2, Low Density and R-3, Medium Density to PC, Planned Commercial District, the following property: All of Lot 2, except the south 46.70 feet, as measured along the east and west lines thereof, and all of Lot 3, in Oakwood 2nd Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa. Section Two. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict only. Section Three.
