OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY ENACTING A
NEW SEC, 17.31 PROHIBITING THE USE OR
POSSESSION OF FALSE IDENTIFICATION FOR THE
PURPOSE OF GAINING ENTRANCE TO AN ESTAB-
LISHMENT WHERE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES 'ARE
SOLD; ESTABLISHING A PENALTY; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN STATE OF IOWA,STORY COUNTY,ss.
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND ESTABLISHING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the
