AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION'26.39(4).THEREOF AND ENACTING A
NEW SUBSECTION 26.39(4) TO PROVIDE FOR A
SPECIAL 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT IN THE VICINITY
OF O'NEIL DRIVE; PROVIDING A PENALTY; AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE STATE OF IOWA,STORY COUNTY,ss.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council for
the City of Ames, Iowa; Section One. The
Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, I, V6lQ�'.
