and total expense incurred by the donor or
donors. By the fifteenth day of the month
following the month in which the group event
occurred, a copy of the report shall be filed
by the donor with the county auditor of the
county or counties in which the city of the
invited city official or employee is located.
(5) Filing Regulations with County. The city
clerk shall file a copy of this section with
the county auditor of the county in which
this city is located, within fifteen days of
enactment of this section."
Section Two. This ordinance shall be in
effect after its final passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
