REPEALING

AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED, by the City Council for the Ordinance #2 9 9 5
City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. The Municipal Code of the
City of Ames shall be and is hereby
-amended by repealing Subsection 18.31(63)
as it now exists and enacting a "new
Subsection 18.31(63) as follows:
(63) HYLAND AVENUE. Parking is prohibit-
ed at all times on the west side from
Lincoln Way to Ontario; and on the east
side from one hundred (100) feet south of was published In said newspaper for 1
its intersection with Pammel Drive north
to the north side of the bridge between
Pammel Drive and Ross Road; and on the consecutive weeks, the first
east side from West Street to Oakland; and
on the east side from the south line of and the last of said publication was on the
Ross Road to Ontario Street.
Parking is prohibited through Fretween iday on 4 day of January
and east p.m., Y

Ross Road and the bridge between Pammel Drive and Ross Road and from one hundred 19
feet south of Pammel Drive to Sheldon

Section Two. All ordinances or parts of '
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict, Sworn to before me and subscribed in my presence
if any. by Dale Culver.
Section Three. This ordinance shall be to
full force and effect from and after its
publication as required by law.
