Dear Mayor Goodland,
The Council graciously postponed the third reading of the tapper ordinance
until the students returned from summer break. The University/Student/City
Commission would like to encourage the Council to take some action to inform
the student body of the pending action on the ordinance. Government of the
Student Body Vice-President, Dan Holub is willing to assist the Council in
any way he can. Furthermore, the Off-Campus Center and Student Organizations
and Activities Center have agreed to produce 1-page summaries of the ordinance
for distribution to targeted student groups.
If I can personally be of any assistance please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Ellen E. Fairchild
