AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICI-
PAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES. IOWA,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF DELETING CER-
TAIN PROVISIONS RELATING TO OUT-
DOOR STORAGE OF MOTOR VEHICLES, A M E S DAILY TRIBUNE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS 29.76(1),
(2) AND (3) AND ENACTING NEW SUB-
SECTIONS 29.76(1) AND (2); REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of STATE OF IOWA, STORY COUNTY, SS.
