WHEREAS, pursuant to the provi-
sions of Chapter 404, Code of Iowa 1983,
the governing body of a city may, by
ordinance, designate an area of the city
as a revitalization area upon the comple-
tion of procedures in the law; and,
WHEREAS, by ordinance area STATE OF IOWA, STORY COUNTY, ss.
enacted December 15, 1981, a certain area
within the city was designated as Urban
Revitalization Area No. 2; and,
WHEREAS, it is now desired to

adding and deleting certain territory;
