AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICI-
PAL CODE OF THE CITY .OF AMES,
IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 28.36 AS Proof of Publication in The

OF SUCH CONFLICT AND ESTABLISHING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED, by the City
Council for the City of Ames, Iowa: STATE OF IOWA, STORY COUNTY, ss.
Section One. The Municipal Code

by amended by repealing Section 28.36
thereof and enacting a new Section 28.36
