That the Municipal Code o—tom the Cffy of Ames, Iowa shall be 2893 and is hereby amended by repealing Subsection 18.7(1) and enacting a new . Subsections 18.7(1) to read as follows: "(1) Any violation of any parking regu- lation of this chapter, may be charged by 1 placing a notice of violation envelope on was published in said newspaper for the vehicle so parked. The amount payable for violation of 18.28 (overtime consecutive weeks,the first parking) shall be two dollars ($2.00) if paid within seven (7) days of the date of and the last of said publication was on the violation and five dollars ($5.00) if paid from eight (8) to thirty (30) days after 18th day of MaRv the date of violation.
