AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY CHANGING
THE CLASSIFICATIONS OF CERTAIN LAND AS HEREIN DESCRIBED,
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
