AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY CHANGWAN L. POTTER, Recorder
THE CLASSIFICATIONS OF CERTAIN LAND AS HEREIN DESCRIB , Deputy
REPEALING ALL ORDINACES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
SECTION ONE: The Official Zoning Map of the City of Ames, Iowa, is amended by
rezoning from R-2 to R1-6, land described as:
AREA 5 Lots 14 - 23 Broadmoor Fifth Addition; Broadmoor Third Addition; Lots 5 - 11
