P y BE IT ENACTED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa: SECTION ONE: The Official Zoning Map of the City of Ames, Iowa, is amended by rezoning from R-2 to R1-6, land described as: The SW 1/4, NE 1/4, Sec. 9, T83N, R24W, except the north 90' of the west 165' . The SE 1/4, NE 1/4, Sec. 9, T83N, R24W. AREA 3 The N 460' of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4, Sec. 9, T83N, R24W. SUB 4 The NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Sec. 9, T83N, R24W except the following described area: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Ash Avenue 166' south of the centerline of Sunset Avenue; thence easterly 186' ; thence northerly 191.2' to the centerline of Sunset Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of Sunset Avenue to the centerline of Pearson Avenue; thence southeasterly along the centerline of Pearson Avenue to the centerline of Greeley Avenue; thence easterly along the centerline of Greeley Avenue to the centerline of Beach Avenue; thence northerly along the centerline of Beach Avenue to the centerline of Lincoln Way; thence westerly along the centerline of Lincoln Way to the centerline of Ash Avenue; thence southerly along the centerline of Ash Avenue to the point of beginning.
