AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL Proof of Publication in The
CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION 21.1(1) THEREOF AMES DAILY TRIBUNE
AND ENACTING A NEW SUBSECTION 21.1(1)
FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADOPTING NEW RULES
OF THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SAFETY WHICH CONSTITUTE THE"PLUMBING"
PORTION OF THE "STATE BUILDING CODE" STATE OF IOWA, STORY COUNTY, ss.
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT AND

BE IT ENACTED by the City Council for the on oath depose and say that I am
City of Ames,Iowa:
Section One.The Municipal Code of the City co-publisher, �a0W of the AMES
of Ames, Iowa, shall be and is hereby DAILY TRIBUNE, a daily newspaper, printed at
amended by repealing subsection 21.1(1)thereof and enacting a new Subsection 21.1(1) Ames, Story County, Iowa;that the annexed printed

(1)The'State Building Code'of the State of
Iowa has been adopted and accepted as a
local building code for the City of Ames,
Iowa. The plumbing rules and regulations
forming a part of the State Building Code was published in said newspaper for 1
