REPEALING SECTION AND ENACTING AMES D A I LY T R I B U N E A NEW SECTION 13.3.34; REPEALING SUBSECTIONTION 13.38(1)(i) AND ENACTING A NEW SUBSECTION 13.38(1)(i); REPEALING SUB- SECTION 13.37(2) AND ENACTING A NEW SUBSECTION 13.37(2); REPEALING SECTION 13.35 AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION 13.35; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND, ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, ALL FOR THE PUR- POSE OF MAKING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS AND REVISIONS TO STATE OF IOWA, STORY COUNTY, ss. THE RENTAL HOUSING REGULATIONS-. BE IT ENACTED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa: Section One.
