DEFERRAL OF SERVICE TO CERTAIN AREAS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR ,PARTS OF ` ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT QF SUCH CONFLICT, IF ANY; AND ESTABLISHING AN 1$FFECTIVE-DATE BE IT ENACTED by the City Council the City of Ames, Iowa: Section Oqe.
