Aft ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
'rHE CITY OF AMES, IOWA BY REPEALING SUB-
SECTIONS 25.4(6) and 25.22(3) THEREOF AND Proof of Publication in The
ENACTING NEW SUBSECTIONS 25r4(6) and 25.22(3) FOR
' PURPOSE OF ADOPTING CHANGES TO THE CABLE

AREAS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR ,PARTS OF `
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT
QF SUCH CONFLICT, IF ANY; AND ESTABLISHING AN 1$FFECTIVE-DATE
BE IT ENACTED by the City Council the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section Oqe. The Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, shall be and is STATE OF IOWA, STORY COUNTY, ss.
hereby amended by repealing subsection 25.4(6) thereof and enacting a new
subsection 25.4(6) as follows:
