COUNCIL ACTION FORM

SUBJECT: Curb grades
BACKGROUND: The City has historically established street elevations by
ordinance in order to provide property owners with information
so that appropriate building elevations may be established and
utility companies can plan the depths of their facilities.
Submittals are made on an annual basis for new streets
constructed the previous year. Also included this year are
corrections on older streets and additions of streets that
were inadvertently missed in past years.
ALTERNATIVES: 1. Do nothing
2. Establish the grade ordinances on the streets submitted.
MANAGER' S RECOMMENDATION: Establish grade ordinances for those streets
submitted.
