E CITY OF THROUGH 6.111 AND ENACTING ES, IOWA, BY REPEALING
SECTIONS NS

AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ENACTED by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. That the Municipal Code be-amended by repealing
Sections rough 6.11 as those Sections heretofore existed and enacting
aew Sections 6.4 through 6.11 to read as follows:
"Sec. 6.4. FIRST WARD DESCRIBED. STATE OF IOWA, STORY COUNTY, sS.
The First Ward consists of that part of the City of Ames
which lies east of a line described as beginning at a point where
the south corporate limits, as of January 1, 1982, intersects South
Riverside Drive and thence running north to a point 350' north of I, lj (p� Robert J.
Airport Rd., thence northwest to the C & NW Railroad, thence
northerly along said C & NW Railroad to Lincolnway, thence west Jacobsen, On oath depose and say that I am
