ELECTION; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH
TO THE. EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT IF ANY;
PROVIDING A PENALTY AND ESTABLISHING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE. STATE OF IOWA, STORY COUNTY, ss.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City
of Ames, Iowa: J.

Section One. The Municipal Code of the City of
Ames, Iowa Wa=e and is hereby. amended by repealing Jacobsen, on oath depose and say that I am
subsection 5.27(2) thereof as said subsection has existed

religious, fraternal or other nonprofit
activities. Temporary or portable signs

are prohibited, except for announcement

events or occurrences not exceeding 15
days. No temporary or portable sign
shall be displayed Longer than 15 conse- consecutive weeks,the first
