EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT IF ANY; PROVIDING A PENALTY AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. STATE OF IOWA, STORY COUNTY, ss. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa: J. 1 )tj0Cgh#= Robert Section One. The Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa Wa=e and is hereby. amended by repealing Jacobsen, on oath depose and say that I am subsection 5.27(2) thereof as said subsection has existed heretofore.
