AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA:
SECTION I - THAT THE GRADE BE AND IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED On Crystal Street
between South Duff Avenue and Opal Drive as follows :
Beginning at the west right of way line of Opal ELEVATION
Drive at a top of curb elevation North C U R B South CURB

and running thence West 100' to an elevation of 71. 3 71.3

SECTION2 - THAT THE GRADE BE AND IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED on Idaho Avenue from

SECTION 5 - THAT THE INTERMEDIATE GRADES BETWI=EN THE GRADE POINTS ESTABLISHED,
AS INDICATED ABOVE, BE A STRAIGHT LINE.
SECTION 5 - THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES CONFLICTING WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE ARE, TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT, HEREBY REPEALED.
SECTION ] - THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS
PUBLICATION AND PASSAGE AS PROVIDED BY LAW.
