HomeMy WebLinkAboutA006 - list of potential number of units Avail.fle I and a-nd/or I ots
r
this list ►:as coi, yilod from the most current information existing in the
D► purt1w.-nt of Cuu.nu,nity ievelopment office. Some of these numbers are
approximotiuns, and it sh, uld be noted that in some cases total lots are
indicated and, in other instances, total dwelling units have been indicated.
Although this appears to indicate that there are 5,481 dwelling units available
(excludirry airpurt property) it should not be construed to mean that there are
that many units available at this time. In fact, some of the areas designated
are vacant and there a1pear•s to be no int►-ration of development in the foreseeable
future and may not be developed for a number of years. What this nun1I •r does
indicate is that at prvs►:nt there is a potential for that many units to be
uiistru►.b-d. The number of units includes single-f,.mily detached, single-family
atLo, hiA, wo-family, a►►d multiple-family units.
