2. Street address or boundary description:
Approximately 70 acres of undevebped land lying to the north of Top-0-Hollow
Road and east of Hoover Avenue extended.
3. Requested change: From R-1 and A-1 To R-2
4. Proposed use(s): (Please refer to zoning ordinances for list of uses permitted. )
Development of a townhouse project (sin de family dwelling) under the planned
unit development (PUD) provisions of the Ames Zoning ordinance.
5. The reasons for requesting this change:
_The R-1 and A-1 zoning classifications do not permit sufficient density to
make the proposed development economically feasible.
This application must be accompanied by a list which indicates the name and address of
all property owners within 200' of the subject property. A form and an example map
are attached.
The map to be used for the subject property will be provided to you upon request from
the Community Development Department.
