AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA :
SECTION I - THAT THE GRADE BE AND IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED on Bloomington
Road from Hoover Avenue to Eisenhower Avenue - North

Beginning at the intersection of the top of curb on

SECTION 5 - THAT THE GRADE HEIGHTS SHOWN, ARE SHOWN IN FEET AND DECIMALS OF
FEET ABOVE THE CITY DATUM HERETOFORE ESTABLISHED.
SECTION 6 - THAT THE INTERMEDIATE GRADES BETWEEN THE GRADE POINTS ESTABLISHEC,
AS INDICATED ABOVE, BE A STRAIGHT LINE.
SECTION -7 - THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES CONFLICTING WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE ARE, TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT, HEREBY REPEALED.
SECTION 8 - THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTER cTS
PUBLICATION AND PASSAGE AS PROVIDED BY LAW-
