BEEDLE DRIVE AND APLIN ROAD; REPEALING ALL OR- DINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT Robert J. HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT Jacobsen, On oath depose and say that I am OF SUCH CONFLICT IF ANY; PROVIDING A PENALTY; AND XK-*KI%kb0C, production foreman of the AMES ESTABLISHING AN EF- DAILY TRIBUNE, a daily newspaper, printed at FECTIVE DATE. Section One. The Municipal Ames,Story County,Iowa;that the annexed printed Code of the City of Ames is hereby amended by enactment of a new City of Ames — Ordinance section 33-11050.19, said new section to read as follows: No. 2728 "Sec. 33-11050.19 Beedle Drive and Aplin Road 1 ' The intersection at Beedle was published in said newspaper for Drive and Aplin Road is hereby designated a special consecutive weeks,the first stop.All vehicles approaching and the last of said publication was on the Aplin Road on Beedle Drive must stop before entering the 5th day of September intersection." Section Two. All ordinances or 79 parts of ordinances in conflict 19 herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict, if any. Section Three.
