declare a snow emergency by

Public Information Office of
the City shall inform Des
Moines-Ames area radio and
television stations that the
snow emergency parking
regulations for Ames will be
in effect and ask for public
service announcements to be
made. The Public Works
Director will place not less
than ten permanent signs at
strategic intersections in-
forming motorists of their
duty to relocate parked
vehicles during a snow
emergency. Such other ac-
