HomeMy WebLinkAboutA004 - Notice of hearing NOTICE OF HEARING You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, will meet at 7:30 p.m. , July 18, 1978 in the council chambers , Administra- tion Building, to consider a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of the City of Ames, Iowa, by changing the boundaries of the districts as shown on said map as provided in Section 38-1006 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: That the following described real estate, generally located on the south side of South 16th Street, one-eighth mile west of Kellogg Avenue is to be rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural ) to C-3 (Highway Commercial ). The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M. , Story County, Iowa, except public highways. You are hereby notified that the ordinance incorporating such change in on file in the office of the City Clerk. Any interested person may appear for or against the proposed ordinance. Mary E.
