AN ORDINANCE accepting and ap-
proving the plat of Bri1ey's Addition
to the city of Ames, Iowa,
Section 1, That the plat of Briley's
addition to the City of Ames, Iowa,
being a parcel of land composed of
sub-lot 1, of lot 3, in the N1'?!. of S«'?/}
of sec.. I, Twp. 83, range 21 W 5th P.
N-1, subdivided into Block 1. Lots 1
to 9 inclusive, and Block 2, Lots 1 to
10 inclusive, and Block 3 Lots 1 to 21
Inclusive, to be known as Briley's Ad '
ditiou'to the City of Ames, Iowa, as
appears on a plat on file with the En-
gineering Department of said city, is
hereby approved and accepted.
Sec. 2. That the dedication and ex-
tension of all streets and avenues in
the said Briley's Addition, is hereby
accepted by the City of Ames, Iowa,
for public purposes.
Sec. 3. This ordinance to be in full _ �A
force and effect from and after its pub-
lication, as required by law, without
expense to the City of Ames, Iowa.
