Such time limits are effective as follows: (a) In parking meter district No. 1: On Mondays from 9:00 a.m.to 9:00 p.m.and on Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on holidays or as otherwise provided.
