COMES NOW Ev Cochrane &Associates, Inc. , an Iowa corporation,
owner of the land hereinafter described, and respectfully requests that the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ames be amended by changing the zoning
district classification of the tracts of land hereinafter described from

Said real estate is located in the northwest quadrant of Beach Avenue
and Oakwood Road and the southeast quadrant of Beach Avenue and Airport
Road.
This rezoning request is made in conjunction with the annexation of
said real estate by the City of Ames and is necessary for the orderly planned
development of said real estate.
The intended potential uses of the land for which a C-5 zoning classifi-
cation is requested are all permitted uses enumerated in Section 38-1022 of
the Aines Municipal Code as amended by Ordinance No. 2536.
The required fee of $30. 00 is attached.
