Getty, husband and wife, in consideration of one dollar and .
other valuable considerations in hand paid, do hereby grant,
bargain and convey and confirm unto Ray J. Bryan and Helen Marie
Bryan, husband and wife, as JvINT TENANTS, with right of survivor-
ship and not as tenants in common; the following described real
estate, situated in the County of Story and State of Iowa, towit:
The South 109. 33 feet of the North 218. 33 feet
of the South 388. 33 feet of Lots Ten (10) and Eleven
(11) , of subdivision of West 634. 75 feet of the North-
east fractional quarter (NE fr.4) and all of the East
One-half (E 2)of the Northwest fractional Quarter (N'01 fr.4) ,
except three (3) acres in the Northwest corner thereof
described as being 30 rods east and. west and 16 rods
north and south, and 10 acres off the West side of the
East One-half (E2) of Northwest fractional Quarter
(NW fr.4) lying South of said three (3) acres , all
in Section Five (5) , Township Eighty-three (83) North,
Range Twenty-four (24) , West of the 5th P.M�
together with all the tenements , hereditaments , and appurtenances
to the same belonging, and all the estate, title , dower, right
of homestead, claim or demand whatsoever of the said grantor;; ,
of, in or to the same, or any part thereof.
IT BEING THE INTENTION OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, THAT IN THE
EVENT OF THE DEATH OF EITHER OF SAID GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE FEE
SIMPLE TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL VEST IN
THE SURVIVING GRANTEE.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises , with the
appurtenances , unto the said grantees as JOINT TENANTS , with
right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, and to their
assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them,
forever, and we the ar_antors named herein for ourselves and our
heirs , executors , and administrators , do covenant with the
grantees named herein and with their assigns and with the heirs
and assigns of the survivor of them, that we are lawfully seized
of said premises ; that they are free from incumbrance except as
stated herein, and that we the said grantors have good right and
lawful authority to sell the same, and that we will and our heirs,
executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same
unto the grantees named herein and unto their assigns and unto
