AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF AMES,
IOWA, ADOPTED BY SECTION 38-1005 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF AMES, IOWAi CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICTS
ESTABLISHED AND SHQWN ON SAID MAP AS PROVIDIED IN SECTION 38-1006
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, AND TO AMEND THE
ZONING REGULATIONS PROVIDED IN SAID MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
AMES, IOWAI REPEALING, ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map of the City of Ames, Iowa
adopted by Section 38-1005 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Ames, Iowa, is amended by changing the boundaries of the districts
established and shown on said Map in the manner authorized by
Section 38-1006 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa,
and amending the zoning regulations provided in the said
municipal code as follows :
That the following described property be rezoned
from the A-1 district to an I-1 district to-wit:
Lot 15 of Woodland Acres Number Two, being
a subdivision of the West 400 feet of Lot
27 of Woodland Acres, a plat of the West
of the NEJ of Section 1.2, Township 83 North, nN--i
Range 24 West of the 5t:h P.M. , Iowa
Section 2. All other ordinances and parts of ordinances it, z o
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such M d z

Section 3. This ordinance: is in full force and effect from �
and after its adoption and publication as provided by law.
