An ordinance to re ulate the standing

loaded with coal, wood. bay, Strad ar

Placing them under
city marshal. the direction of. the
Be it ordained by tine City Council of }
the City of Ames, Iowa,
Section I It shall be unlawful to stand
teams, wagons sleds or oth er vehicles
loaded with coil, wood, hay, straw or
other commodities awaiting 'a purchase
y or sale, except on Kellogg Avenue be-
tween Boone street and the south side of
the C. & N.
W. I-ty. right of way, in the
City of Ames, Iowa.
Section 2. Any person violating any of
the terms of this ordinance sliall be fined
in any sum not less than one dollar nor
t more than ten dollars, and shall stand
committed until said fine and costs are
paid_
Section 3 This ordinance to be to full
force an deflect from and -after its pa sage
and publication as provided by law.
