ORDINANCE AMENDING THE, OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF A1-ES,
IOWA, ADOPTED BY SECTION 38--1005 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF AMES, IOWA; CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICTS
ESTABLISHED AND SHOWN ON SAID MAP AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 38-1006
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, AND TO AMEND THE
ZONING REGULATIONS PROVIDED IN SAID MUNICIPAL CODE; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF '°E!_:�', ;
I OKA:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map of the City of Ames ,
Iowa, adopted by Section 38-1.005 of the Municipal Code of� the
City of Ames , Iowa, is amended by changing the boundaries of the
districts established and shown on said Map in the manner
authorized by Section 38-1006 o-1 the Municipal Code of the City
of Ames , Iowa, and amending the zoning regulations provided in
said municipal code as follows :
That the following described property be rezoned
from the R-3 district to an R-4 district to-wit:
Block 8, Black' s 2nd Addition; Block 7 ,
except Lots 14 and 15, Black' s 3rd
Addition; and Block 6 , Black' s 3rd Addition.
Section 2. All other ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 3 . This ordinance is in full force and effect
i from and after its adoption and publication as provided by law.
Adopted this 15th day of January 19 74-.

Ames City Council and that the attached is a true and exact copy of
said ordinance.
