1 REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT

IT IS ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, !
?j IOWA:
iI Section 1. Sections 33-13115 . 1, 33-13133, 33-13134,
+! Division 5A and Sections 33-13085 and 33-13086 thereunder of
lithe Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, as hitherto I
existing are hereby repealed.
Section 2 . New sections to be numbered 33-13052. 15,
�I 33-13060 , 33-13115 .1, 33-13133 and 33-13134 are hereby added
t to the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows :
Sec. 33-13052.15 Ames High Drive.
Parking is prohibited at all times on both sides
I of Ames High Drive from 20th Street to Ridgewood
Avenue .
Sec. 33-13060 Parking prohibited, 7 : 00 a.m. 1
�i to 4 : 00 p .m.
Parking is prohibited at all times between the hours
of 7:00 a.m. and 4 : 00 p.m. on Monday through Friday
on both sides of the median strip located in Ames
If High Drive .
Sec. 33-13115. 1 Location specified.
Parking is limited as provided in Sec. 33-13115 on the

1 The following parking areas are hereby declared to be

A. That area used for parking south of and abutting
l on Main Street and west of Clark Avenue extending
l; west to the east right.-of-way line of Grand
Avenue, is hereby designated as the municipal
depot parkins lot.

{ B . That area used for parking which is west of and
abutting on Douglas Avenue and which extends south 1
fromthe north line of 12th Street extended, is
�{ hereby designated as a municipal hospital parking
{� lot.

C . Those areas used for parking, located within the
i area bounded by Douglas Avenue on the west, Duff
Avenue on the east, llth Street on the south, and
Ei 12th Street extended on, the north, are hereby
designated as municipal hospital parking lots .
Sec. 33-13134 Restrictions .
Parking in certain areas of these parking lots is
jrestricted to certain times in accordance with the ,
�{ direction of signs erected thereon.
Section 3 . All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
it Section 4 . This ordinance is in full force and effect
itfrom and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
