Dear Mr. Castner :
The Iowa State Highway Commission has completed the land trade
with the Park Commission. Oak Avenue provided access to the
park from the north, but since the trade it will dead end in
our property. We would like to have the City of Ames vacate
to the Commission Oak Avenue within the Headquarters grounds
area as shown on the enclosed plat.
Please inform our office if this is possible and what we can do
to initiate this matter. Thank you for your attention on this
matter.
Very truly yours,
S. Klassen
