I (We) , the undersigned owner(s) of the property described below,
do hereby respectfully request that the Zoning Ordinance be amended as
hereinafter designated; and in support thereof, the following facts are
presented:
1 . Legal description (use additional sheets , if necessar.y) .
The East 3C.37 acres of Lot Two (2) , in the West Half (W:2)
of the Northeast Quarter, except the West 375 Feet cf the
North 215 Feet thereon; also Lot Two (2) in the East Half
(E-�' ) of the Northeast Quarter (NE- ) ; also Lot Three (3) in
the Northeast .quarter M4) of the Southeast Quarter (STE ) ;
alsoihe Northeast Quarter (NEB) of the Northwest Quarter
(NWT) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) ; all in Section 6,
Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th p.m. , Story
County, Iowa.
This re-zoning request is for the Northeast 18 acres, ap-
proximately, of said tract of land.

3. The reason(s) for requesting the chiange is (are) :
To create a buffer zone between the C5 area and the residential
area.
