Sections 33-11034 , 33-13052. 2 , 33-13052 .3 , 33-13052 . •7 , 33-13052 . 8 , 33-13052 . 26 , 33-13052. 65, 33-13052 . 69 , and Division 8 of Article XIII of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames , :Iowa, as hitherto existing are hereby repealed. Section 2. New sections to be numbered 33-7018 , 33-7019 , 33-7020 , 33-11021. 41 , 33-11021. 42 , 33-11034 , 33-11050 . 23 , 33- 11050. 24 , 33-13052. 2, 33-13052. 3 , 33-13052 . 7 , 33-13052 . 8 , 33- 13052. 26 , 33-13052. 65 and 33-13052 . 69 ; a new Division 5A of Article XIII with new sections 33-13085 and 33-13086 thereunder and a new Division 8 of Article XIII and new sections 33-13115 , 33-13115. 1, 33-13116 and 33-116. 1 thereunder are added to the Municipal Code of the City of Ames , Iowa, as follows : Sec. 33-7018 . South Fourth Street. A speed in excess of thirty-five (35) miles per hour from South Third Street to Elwood Drive is unlawful. Sec. 33-7019 . Mortensen Road. A speed in excess of thirty-five (35) miles per hour from Ashmore Drive to Hayward Avenue is un- lawful. Sec . 33-7020 . Ash Avenue A speed in excess of twenty-five (25) miles per hour from Ashmore Drive to Lincoln Way is un- lawful. Sec. 33-11021. 41. Thirtieth Street. Thirtieth Street is designated as a "through street" from the West line of Grand .Avenue to Hoover Avenue. -2•- Sec. 33-11021 . 42. Hoover Avenue. Hoover Avenue is designated as a "through street" from Thirtieth Street to the south line of Top-0- Hollow Road. Sec. 33-11034 . Donald Street and Lynn Avenue. The intersection of Donald :')treet and Lynn Avenue is hereby designated as a special stop intersection. Traffic approaching this intersection on Donald Street shall stop before entering the intersection. Sec. 33-11050 . 23 . Sherman Avenue and South Second Street The intersection of Sherman Avenue and South Second Street is hereby designated as a special stop inter- section. Traffic approaching this intersection on Sherman Avenue shall stop before entering the inter- section. Sec. 33-11050. 24. Washington Avenue and South Second Street. The intersection of Washington Avenue and South Second Street is hereby designated as a special stop inter- section. Traffic approaching this intersection on Washington Avenue shall stop before entering the inter- section. Sec. 33-13052. 2. South Third Street. Parking is prohibited at. all times on South Third Street on both sides from Duff Avenue to South Fourth Street, and on the North side from South Russell Avenue to South Maple Avenue. Sec. 33-13052. :3 . South Fourth Street. Parking is prohibited at. all times on South Fourth Street, on both sides from South Third Street to Elwood Drive. Sec. 33-13052. 7 . Eleventh Street. Parking is prohibited at all times on Eleventh Street on the North side: from Kellogg Avenue to Maxwell Avenue,. Sec. 33-13052. 8 . Twelfth Street. Parking is prohibited at all times on Twelfth Street on the North side from Grand Avenue to Northwestern Avenue and from Carroll Avenue to the North-South alley between Douglas Avenue and Duff Avenue; and on the South side from Duff Avenue to the North-South alley between Douglas Avenue and Duff Avenue; and from the West line of the North-South alley between Douglas Avenue and Kellogg Avenue westward fifty feet (30 ' ) . Sec. 33-13052. 26. Douglas Avenue. Parking is prohibited at all times on Douglas Avenue, on the East side from Sixth Street to Seventh Street and from Tenth Street to Thirteenth Street. -3- Sec. 33-13052. 65. Sheldon tkvenue. Parking is prohibited at all times on both sides of Sheldon Avenue from West Street to Arbor Street. Sec. 33-13052. 69 . State Avenue. Parking is prohibited at al-- times on State Avenue on the East side from L_Lnco=_n Way to the South corporate limits and on the West side from the South line of Lincoln Way Southward one hundred feet (100 ' ) . DIVISION 5A. ONE HOUR LIMIT Sec. 33-13085. Limit imposed; signs required. The parking of vehicles on EL11 days between the hours of 7 : 00 a.m. and 7 : 00 p.m. is limited to sixty (60) minutes on certain streets as designated in this division. Sign; shall be posted on such streets indicating said limit. Sec. 33-13086. Locations specified. Parking is limited as proviced in Section 33-13081 on the following streets anc. parts of streets and in the following locations : STREET OR LOCATION FROM TO SIDE Eleventh St. Duff Ave. Douglas Ave. South DIVISION 8 . TWO HOUR LIMIT Sec. 33-13115. Limit imposed; signs required. The parking of vehicles on all days except Sundays and holidays between the! hours of 8 : 00 a.m. and 5: 00 p.m. is limited to two (2) hours on certain streets designated in this division. Signs shall be posted on such streets indicating this limit. Sec. 33-13115. 1 . Locations specified . Parking is limited as provided in Section 33-13115 on the following streets and parts of streets and in the following locations : STREET OR LOCATION FROM TO SIDE Main Street Clark Ave. 179 ' East of South the West line of Pearle Avenue Sec. 33-13116. Limit imposed; signs required. The parking of vehicles on all days between the hours of 7 : 00 a.m. and 7 : 00 p .m. is limited to two (2) hours on certain streets as designated in this division.
