HEIGHT, YARD, LOT WIDTH, AREA REQUIREMENTS GENERALLY. Off-street parking space may be located within the required front yard in any "C-2" "C-3" "CA" "1-2" or "I-3"District,provided such space is 50 feet or more away from any "R" District. No off-street parking is permitted in the front yard of any "s", "R", "C-1" or "H-M" District, except upon a regularly constructed , duly authorized driveway. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a hearing on the adoption of the proposed ordinance will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Ames, Iowa, at 7:30 P.M. on the 16th day of March, 1971.
