KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS: That The City of Awes, Iowa,
A Municipal Corporation, Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2243 Passed by
The City Council March 26, 1968 , and in consideration of the sum o
one dollar 01.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid
do hereby Quit Claim unto The Abutting Property Owners all its
right, title, Interest, estate, claim and demand in the following
described portions of streets in the Original Town of Ontario,
in Ames, Story County, Iowa; to-wit:
DELAWARE AVENUE
A 10 ft. wide strip along the West side of Lots 2, 3,
6, 7, 10 and 11, Block 1;
A 10 ft. wide strip along the West side of Lots 2, 3,
6, 7, and 10, Block 8, beginning at the South line of
Reliable Street, thence South to a point 10 ft. South
of the North line of Toronto Street;
A 10 ft. wide strip along the East side of Lots 1, 6,
7., 12 and 13, Block 7, beginning at the South line of
Reliable Street, thence South to a point 1.0 ft. South
of the North line of Toronto Street; and
A 10 ft. wide strip along the East side of Lots 1, 4 ,
5, 8, 9, 12 and 13, Block 2.

A 10 ft. wide strip along the South side of Lots 1 and 2,
Flock 8;
A 10 ft. wide strip along the South line of Lots 1 and
2, Block 7;
A 10 ft. wide strip along the South side of Lot 1, Block
6a
A 10 ft. wide strip along the North side of Lots 11 and
12, and the vacated alley in Block 1, beginning at the
West line of North Dakota Avenue, thence West to a point
10 ft. West of the East line of Delaware Avenue;
A 10 ft. wide strip along the South side of Toronto
Street, beginning at a point 10 ft. East of the West
line of Delaware Avenue, thence hest to a point 10 ft.
West of the East line of Florida Avenue;
A 10 ft. wide strip along the South side of Toronto
Street, beginning at a point 10 ft. East of the West
line of Florida Avenue, thence hest to a point 10 ft.
West of the East line of Georgia Avenue (Except at
the North and South alley) ;
That part of Toronto Street described as beginning at
the NE Corner, Lot 6, Block 4, said Addition, thence
North 40 ft. , thence East 10 ft. , thence South 40 ft. ,
thence West 10 ft. to the point of beginning.

A 10 ft. wide strip along the East side of Florida Avenue,
beginning at the North line of Hutchison Street, thence

A 10 ft. wide strip along the East side of Lots 1, 4 and
5, Block 3;
A 10 ft. wide strip along the West side of Florida Avenue,
beginning at the North line of Hutchison Street, thence
North to the South line of Toronto Street;
A 10 ft. wide strip along the West side of Lots 2, 3, 4 ,
5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14 and 15, Block 7, beginning at the
South line of Reliable Street, thence South to a point
10 ft. South of the North line of Toronto Street; and
A 10 ft. wide strip along the East side of Lots 1, 2, 5,
6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13 and 140 Block 6, beginning at the
South line of vacated Reliable Street, thence South to
a point 10 ft. South of the North line of Toronto Street.
RELIABLE STREET:
Described as beginning at the NE Corner, Lot 14, Block 6,
said Addition, thence North 80 ft. , thence East 10 ft. ,
thence South 80 ft. , thence West 10 ft. to the point of
beginning.
GEORGIA AVENUE:
A 10 ft. wide strip along the West side of Lots 2, 3, 6,
7, 10, 11 and 14, Block 3; and
A 10 ft. wide strip along the East side of Lots 1, 2, 3,
4, 5 and 6, Block 4.
EXCEPT, Grantor herein specifically reserves an easement
and right-of-way over, across or under the above described prop-
erty for the construction, reconstruction, alteration, operation
mainten&nce and repair of any electrical poles, lines, cables,
telephone lines, sanitary sewers, storm sewers or water lines.
