THE CITY OF AmES, IOW.A,;.'CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICTS

OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF !"S, IOWA; AND REPELLING
ANY AND ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
IUWA Y BE IT ORDAINED BY T13E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMESS,
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map of the City of Ames,
Iowa, adopted by Section 38-1005 of the Municipal Code of the
City of Ames, Iowa, is amended by changing the boundaries of
the districts established and shown on said Map in the manner
authorized by Section 38-1006 of the Municipal Code of the
City of ,Ames, Iowa, as follows :
Lots 6, 7, and 8, and the South 30 feet of the West
50 feet of Lot 5, all in Block 2, Richmond's Addition
to the City of Ames, Iowa,
are transferred from the "R-2" District (Two Family Dwelling)
to the "H-+I" District. (Hospital and Medical) and shall be
governed by all the provisions and regulations pertaining to the
"H-M" Distract (Hospital and Medical) .
Section 2. All other ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance is in Kull force and effect
from and after its adoption and ,publication according to law.

I, Louise Whitcome, the duly appointed, qualified and acting
City Clerk of the City of Ames, Iowa, do hereby certify that
the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 2318 is a true and exact
copy of said ordinance, and that said ordinance was adopted by
the City Council at a regular meeting thereof on the 25th day
of November, 1969.
