Sec. 30-2005. Sections of Code j

deleted and inapplicable in the
City of Ames,Iowa: Section IX.

Section X. Penalty, and Section
XI. Repeal and Date of Effect. 1
Sec. 30-2006. Penalties. Any
person who violates any of the
provisions of this Article shall be
guilty of a rpisdemeanor. Each
day upon which such a violation
occurs constitutes a separate
violation.
Sec. 30-2007. Public Nuisan-
ces. Violations of the Article
may constitute public nuisances
and in addition to any action
taken under Sec.30-2006,may be
abated in accordance with the
provisions of Chapter 24 of the
Municipal Code of the City of
Ames, Iowa.
Section 3. All ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict
,herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance,
after its passage and publication
as provided by law,will be in full
force and effect on July 1, 1970.
