TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Council of the City
of Ames, Iowa, proposes to amend the Official Zoning Map of
the City of Ames, Iowa, by changing the boundaries of the
districts established and shown on said Map as provided in
Section 38-1006 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames,
Iowa, thereby transferring the following described property:
Lots 4, 5, and the North 18 feet of Lot 6, Emery ' s
Subdivision, from "R-2" District (Two Family Dwelling)
to "H-M" District (Hospital and Medical) and shall be
governed by all the provisions of the "H-M" District
(Hospital and Medical) . (Property located at 1202 to
1226 Duff Avenue)
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a proposed ordinance incor-
porating such change is now on file in the office of the City t
Clerk, Ames, Iowa, and that a public hearing on the adoption
of said Ordinance will be held before the City Council of Ames,
Iowa, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Ames, Iowa, at 7 :30
P.M. , CST, on -the 15th day of April, 1969. Any interested
persons may appear for or against the proposed ordinance.
